3,quality control of installation of equipment

1, quality assurance:

2, response to the warranty

C, if technical services staff could not arrive as scheduled, the user should be notified in a timely manner the reasons for being late and the new arrival time
D, before arriving the scene, should be based on fault, technical service personnel should prepare the appropriate tools and maintenance of adequate spare parts, often used tools and spare parts should be carried at any time.
E, after arriving at the scene, technical service personnel should inform users and offices in time. After the consent of the user, inspection the cause of equipment failure, the cause of the malfunction diagnosis can be carried on. If the problems are hard to solve, the technology group should be immediately contacted for help. The recovery time caused by the device itself is not more than 12 hours.
F, after troubleshooting, technical service personnel should remain at the scene to observe the operation of equipment for half an hour to confirm the normal operation.
G, technical service personnel should fill out on-site equipment repair orders in detail for causing of breakdown, handling and processing of the results, signed with the user to confirm.
H, technical services staff quarterly make an equipment inspection and write down relative inspection report to the owners, which can find out something wrong with weighing system  for timely solving and fully understand each Operation of equipment in three months. Weighing equipment must be rechecked according to the state each year, the service department will send technicians to the scene with Bureau of Weights and Measures approval.
3, standardize services of technical services staff
A, technical services staff should be good manners, amiable attitude, patience and meticulous work, serious and hard working.
B, technical service personnel should study technology hard to improve service quality
C, technical service personnel should follow the rules and regulations on the scene. After access to the site, work uniform and badges should be worn.
D, on-site maintenance should be set up clear warning signs and protective measures to ensure the safety of operations
E, in the course of equipment operation, any maintenance work is prohibited.
F, except charging stated in the paper, customers can not be required to pay any additional costs, including meals , cars, etc.
